HOUSE RULES

1. NO OF PEOPLE ALLOWED/ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

1.1 Minimum Number of people above 18 years of age :1

1.2 Maximum number of people allowed 8

1.3 Any extra person above 8 people – NOT Allowed

1.4 CHECK-IN TIME IS 1 PM – 7PM .

1.5 Any early checking must be approved in written by the property owner/manager.

1.6 CHECK-IN after 7 PM is NOT ALLOWED    

1.7 CHECK-OUT TIME is 11 AM morning. Late check- outs are NOT ALLOWED.( Unless pre approved by the property manager in written).

2. SOUND RULES / NOISE RESTRICTIONS

2.1 The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Its a strictly noise free period from 10 PM – 8 AM.

2.2 DAILY 10 PM -8 AM is STRICTLY a “NO NOISE PERIOD TIME.”

2.3 If any neighbors report EXCESSIVE NOISE at any point of time during the day and/or any noise between 10 PM to 8 AM your vacation rental booking would be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property.

2.4 Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.

3. PETS

3.1 Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

3.2 Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.

4. SMOKING

4.1 Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Villa.

4.2 If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside in the designated area.

4.3 Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area.

5. PARTIES & EVENTS

5.1 No parties or events are allowed at the Villa.

5.2 Any small gathering is restricted to 8 people in total and must comply with the rules regarding NOISE & TIMINGS of any such gathering.

5.3 Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

5.4 If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us.

5.5 We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.

6. RULES REGARDING DAMAGES

6.1 In the event of any damage to the property or its contents the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

7. SAFETY & SECURITY

7.1 Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults.

7.2 Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

7.3 In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.

7.4 In the event of rain, please remember to close the doors and windows.

7.5 Please do not cross the designated area of the property.

7.6 At night its advised to stay inside the vacation home. The property boundaries a forest and could be prone to wild animals.
